Project Location: The Matatiele Artisan Charcoal Incubator entrepreneurs are situated in the Eastern Cape around the Matatiele area.

The Matatiele Charcoal Incubator Business Coaching project was a five-month initiative aimed at empowering local entrepreneurs in the Eastern Cape to develop and grow their charcoal businesses. The project focused on providing one-on-one coaching and resources to support entrepreneurs in developing their business plans, improving their financial acumen, and navigating the challenges of starting and running a business.
